WaterBlockade™ primer/sealer with Z-Life™ Technology is a one of a kind penetrating primer that seals out water and contains ingredients that resist growth of decay-causing fungi. It is not unusual to get a strange look when one hears that our oil-based primer has almost no VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and 0 HAPs (hazardous air pollutants). The coating is 99% solids and dries using an oxidation process.

Our testing showed that the coating combination prevented water penetration in the board. Most coatings do not keep water out under adverse conditions.
