The topcoat was particularly challenging because we needed true topcoat qualities with real durability against the elements. At the same time, the topcoat must not stick together when stacked, even without slipsheet, and it must have zero emissions.

The secret lies in the polymer and the careful way that it is cured. Unlike the traditional methods of merely evaporating the water by means of heat in order to have a cured coating, our application technology works with the ingredients to cure the polymers in a different way.

The result is the highest quality topcoat available in the world by means of factory application. That it is also the most environmentally friendly is an added bonus and ultimately critical to the long-term contribution of our industry to the environment.
